Welcome Guys:
I Made a Translation Packs for Custom ROMS which Contain Arabic,French,Spanish,Italian, Russian,And all other 25 languages in stock ROM
I used Stock Rom Translations 
Download Language Pack and flash it through Recovery.
I recommend TWRP Recovery.

Use More locate2 app to switch language
